Both options are available. You can connect OneSend2U to your existing Twilio, Infobip, Meta or SMTP accounts and keep full ownership of your provider relationships and credentials — we route messages through them on your behalf. Or you can pick a OneSend2U-managed provider; in that case, we also bill you for the usage you generate.

Yes. You can start with a single provider and add more whenever you are ready. Many customers begin with one provider for one channel and expand as their messaging needs grow.

We only bill the platform fee of the plan you choose (Starter, Business, or Enterprise). You can pay monthly or annually — annual billing comes with a discount. If you opt for a OneSend2U-managed provider, the usage portion is invoiced separately based on the messages you send.

No long-term contracts are required for the Starter or Business plans. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Enterprise plans may include custom terms based on your specific requirements.

OneSend2U charges only the platform fee. Your messaging providers (Twilio, Meta, Infobip, your SMTP relay) bill you directly, at their own rates, under your own contract with them. We never mark up, resell or take a cut of provider charges — the provider cost you see in the table above is what your provider actually bills you.

Just let us know. The platform is built around pluggable providers and URL shorteners, so adding a new one is a normal piece of work for us. Tell us which messaging provider or shortener you need and we'll integrate it so you can use it.
